The 42nd Royal Highlanders have set our sights on a 7-day June 2013 Tour of Scotland!

June 19-27, 2013!

We welcome any of our friends of the 42nd to travel with the band. Mark your calendar now for June of 2013, and join the 42nd on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience a week in Scotland with America's premier band of pipes, fifes, and drums.

The 42nd's partner for this tour is Music Travel Consultants, an Indiana company specializing in travel for musical organizations.

I've always wanted to go to Scotland, is this a private trip, or can anybody come along?
This trip is for the men of the 42nd Royal Highlanders Band of Music, and our extended family and friends. If you're a supporter of the 42nd, you're welcome to attend! If you're not a supporter of the 42nd, take this as your incentive to become one - volunteer at the Feast, become a Friend of the 42nd, participate in this summer's Golf Outing, donate to the Griffin Endowment, or come to next January's Robert Burns Supper!
How much will the tour cost?
The cost of the tour is $2776. The cost includes:
  • Airfare from Indianapolis to Glasgow
  • Motor coach transporation around Scotland
  • (7) nights First Class Hotel Accommodations
  • (7) Meals included; they will be a variety of buffet, fast food, plated and/or pre-selected menus per the itinerary.
  • All Sightseeing & Special Events
  • Entrance Fees where necessary
  • Taxes and Gratuities - As required for all included features
  • Customized Tour Itinerary & Baggage Tags
